NEXT GENERATION TALENT ACADEMY officially abbreviated as (NEGENTA) is a Ghanaian based Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) was established in October 2016 by Mr. Anthony Kofi Nkwahia Dosuh.

Based on passion to assists talented deprived children in the local communities to achieve their dreams of becoming seasonal professionals and to improve their quality of life through sports, health and education NEGENTA was formed.

Next Generation Talent Academy originally started with U-13 local boys within the local communities which participates’ in friendly matches country wide. The Academy has been growing from strength to strength.

This is a direct football and educational leadership program for children in local communities, dedicated to develop the young and deprived children into future role models.

Next Generation Talent Academy is situated at Osu Kinkawe, Off 28th February Road opposite St. Barnabas Anglican Church. Currently the Academy has over 70 players’ only boys in four age-group teams namely U-11, U-13, U-15 and U-17 (Division Team).

The Academy is non-residential with academic classes in the morning, and football training in the afternoon. The Academy trains at a training field near Independence Square, Osu. In the future the Academy intends to house in its own building with training field and Classrooms.

Volunteer programs begin on the 1st and 15th of every month. Volunteers can choose to volunteer for periods ranging from 1 week to 24 weeks.
